VIP Monthly Memberships

  1. By taking out a Kids2Day Membership you accept these Membership terms and
    conditions and the Kids2Day Rules of Play 
  2. Kids2Day members are entitled to unlimited entry during advertised opening times. Any accompanying, non member, visitors will be required to pay the on the day admission charge.
  3. When paying by Direct Debit, your subscription will start upon the day of purchase. A payment will be taken in 5 business days from the date of purchase to cover admissions prior the set direct debit date. This may fluctuate by a couple of days on the first payment. But subsequent payments will be based upon the date of purchase to become the collection date going forward.
  4. Should it not be possible to collect your DD, due to insufficient funds, your membership will immediately be put ‘on hold’ and you will be required to pay normal admission prices upon entry. 
  5. Should it not be possible to collect your DD due to insufficient funds for two months in a row, your Membership will be cancelled and it will not be possible to apply for a membership again. 
  6. A Membership is only valid when used and/or presented by the named Member. Misuse will result in the Membership being withdrawn.
  7. Every adult member on the membership will be issued the same Barcode No. But must have a loyal zoo account in their name. Child memberships will then be added to the membership.  
  8. Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be sold or given away to a third party
  9. Membership is non-refundable
  10. The authorised Member must show their Membership at the Entrance each time they visit.
  11. Members under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
  12. Photocopies of Membership Order Emails will not be accepted.
  13. Events are subject to change without notice and no refunds or compensation is paid should Kids2Day close due to private hire, early closures or other circumstances beyond its control 
  14. Kids2Day reserves the right to close part of or all of the facilities within the venue at any given time without prior notice or compensation
  15. Memberships cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer or voucher.
  16. There must be a minimum of one named adult when registering for a Membership. This adult will be contacted for all correspondence regarding the Membership.

Gifted Memberships

  1. By taking out a Kids2Day Membership you accept these Membership terms and conditions and the Kids2Day Rules of Play and are responsible to let the person you are gifting this to know also.
  2. This membership will be valid from 25/12/2024-24/12/2025.
  3. Kids2Day gifted members are entitled to unlimited entry during advertised opening times. Any accompanying, non member, visitors will be required to pay the on the day admission charge.
  4. A Membership is only valid when used and/or presented by the named adult member. Misuse will result in the Membership being withdrawn.
  5. There must be a minimum of one named adult when registering for a Membership. This adult will be contacted for all correspondence regarding the Membership once it has been gifted. 
  6. If your membership has been purchased for more than one adult, we will select one adult as lead member and additional adults will be on their membership and stored on our system under their name. You must provide names for all adult and child members when purchasing and these cannot be transferred. 
  7. Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be sold or given away to a third party

All correspondence in connection with the Membership will only be sent to a nominated lead adult member who is responsible for ensuring all Terms and Conditions are met and to advise of any changes to contact details. We will collect contact details on the members first visit in order to keep this gift a surprise. 
  14. Entry to Kids2Day remains on a first-come, first-served basis and play can still be limited to 2 hours on busier days. 
  15. Extra charges apply for special events.
  16. When you register for a membership your details will be added and stored securely on our system and the named members will be added to the Loyalzoo system in order to sign them in, view their  membership details and redeem loyalty points in store.
  17. Kids2Day reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions with notice sent to all members via email.
  18. All correspondence in connection with the Membership will only be sent to a nominated lead adult member who is responsible for ensuring all Terms and Conditions are met and to advise of any changes to contact details.
  19. Entry to Kids2Day remains on a first-come, first-served basis and play can still be limited to 2 hours on busier days.
  20. Extra charges apply for special events.
  21. Kids2Day reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions and amend subscription pricing with one month’s notice sent to all members via email.
